TERMS OF USE OF THIS WEB SITE, Welcome to Janitorial bidding ("Web Site") on the World Wide Web. Please review these Site terms of use which govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. RETURN POLICY If you return used, soiled, worn products to us, any and all products will be returned to you as we will not accept them. We will not accept any products that are used, soiled, or worn. Returns must be in new saleable condition. Returns subject to restocking fee. Restocking fee is 20% plus shipping fee, & 5 dollars processing. No exceptions. And must be returned to American Janitorial within 7 days of receipt of products. Tracking by U.S. Postal Service will be used as the date of delivery and the 7 days starts on the date the U.S. Postal Service Confirms delivery. Example, you receive a product on the 1st you must have it back to us by the 7th for a return, or it will not be accepted, no exceptions. Delay, or lost items will not count, we must have it back, and you must be able to confirm delivery to us within 7 days. Also products that are not accepted for delivery, not signed for and returned will be shipped 3 times, with all delivery charges being an extra charge to customer and not refundable shipping fee. If products are not signed for a third time, then a restocking fee will apply at the rate of 20% percent of the total plus shipping charges for each time shipped, & $5 processing, this will be charged to your credit card, or to you and is a non-refundable charge, this will apply when we receive back all products not signed for. NO RETURN NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS!
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If you receive any defective products please return it for a new product. Please state what is wrong, example (fuzzy picture, can't read, bad tape, or tape won't work, print not readable, etc.) and include your address. We will send you another product. Customer pays all return postage fees to American Janitorial, and customer must return within 7 days of delivery same as (return policy) above.
EXCHANGES -MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS SAME AS RETURN POLICY ABOVE. If a customer wants to exchange for another product, for any reason the customer must email or call and get approval and there could be an additional charge for the product that the customer wants in exchange for. Then the customer must pay the return postage to American Janitorial and customer must be able to prove delivery to American Janitorial. All returned products must be in a new and saleable condition or they will be returned to the customer and no exchange allowed due to condition of the returned product. Then the cost of delivery back to the customer from American Janitorial will be an additional delivery charge that will be charged to the customers credit card or paid in advance by check or money order and is non-refundable. Only one exchange is allowed per customer. After an exchange of products no refunds will be allowed. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
TIME LIMIT FOR CLAIMS
After 6 months from the date customer paid for a product or products there will be no claims allowed for any of the following reasons. (1). Claim of non-delivery. (2) claim for exchange. (3) claim of defective product. (4) claim that product is bad for any reason. (5) claim that product was lost or damaged during shipping, by shipper. Customer has more than enough time to make a claim within 6 months. After 6 months all claims will be disallowed because the time allowed for such claims has expired. NO EXCEPTIONS!
